Too Much Fun For One Lifetime

Short term goals for this month and why.

Spend some quality time with the people I love.

Even if that means going to the movies, having some dinner…im down with that!

A picture of someone/something that has the biggest impact on you.

Not to go all sappy on y’al, but my dad is/has had the biggest impact on me..In all the best ways.My mother has had probably the worst impact on me..but thats not the question here.

My Dad raised my and my 2 older brothers..pretty much alone since I was about 7/8 years old, for reasons we wont get into.

Tough enough raising one kid alone, but 3. who are all different ages - there is 9 years between me and my oldest, then 5 between me and my other brother…thats a totally different time gap.One is leaving high school, the other isjust getting settled, the other is still in primary.

So yeah my Dad is my hero..he been through hell and back and still sticks by my mother.

He has raised 3 kids who would have been lost without him and totally messed up with her.

*This all sounds very harsh…but y’know what?…it’s my blog!!* =)

And now picture time, some of my friends call him The Doc, mainly due to him looking like Doc from Back to the Future..he has crazy hair!!

Favourite superhero and why!!

My friends and I were talking about this last night…

I said Chun-Li (yes the chick from Street Fighter)

Im well aware she’s not traditionally classed as a superhero…but growing up..I wanted to be her.

She has super powers, she can kick ass and she is fiercly hott!!

*Last but not least my fandom friends, Ive traveled places for conventions, met some of my favourite actors..but as a bonus Ive also met and made new friends from all over the world!!

My Italian sweeheart Angie, our mutual love for Michael Rosenbaum brought us together! This is us in Cleveland Ohio, we both flew there for Tikicon in July 09’..just to see him.

But also had the pleasure of meeting some other epic cool people!! ^ we had dinner with him..fcukin’ epic!!^

Basically I chose this because I say it quite alot. If something spectacular happens I end up thinking that it’s too good to be true..that it is indeed too much fun for one lifetime.

As for the name of my page “All fun and Games Untill Someone Loses An Eye”…is taken from the name of my favourite Christopher Brookmyre novel….go read it, it’s faboosh.
